The highest organ of the project is the Council of BIOCEV, which includes representatives of all the partners and of the recipient according to the Partnership Contract.
The executive organ is represented by the project team. The project team is led by the Project Manager and is composed of two parts, scientific team and working team.
Coordination of activities of the scientific team is done by the Coordinator of the scientific part of project BIOCEV, Professor Václav Pačes, DSc. The task of the scientific team is to define the research programmes of BIOCEV, concepts of educational activities of project BIOCEV and to specify requirements for technological R&D equipment from the point of view of its future users.
The working team prepare and coordinate organizational, economic, building and administrative parts of the project. They organize tenders for suppliers of construction and technology units, ensure project administration, and together with the scientific team participate in preparation of the operating documentation of BIOCEV.
